1. Who This Policy Covers
This Privacy Policy explains how OBRIY STUDIO ("we", "us", or "our") handles information in the Android game Orbi (the "Game"), the Orbi website, and related support communications. It applies to version 1.0.0 and later versions that link to this policy.
2. Information Stored On Your Device
Orbi stores information locally so gameplay can continue between sessions. This may include:
- the profile name entered by the player;
- progress, unlocked content, contracts, Space Rank, rewards, and run history;
- in-game gold and crystal balances;
- language, music, sound effects, and haptic settings;
- onboarding and tutorial state.
The profile name and exact local save data are not included in our Firebase events. Local progress remains on the device until app storage is cleared or the Game is uninstalled.
3. Information Processed By Current Services
Firebase Analytics
Firebase Analytics may process a random app-instance identifier, app lifecycle and session information, gameplay events such as run starts and ends, run duration, progression and upgrade choices, app version, language, device model, operating-system information, and a coarse region derived by Google from a masked IP address.
Firebase Crashlytics
Firebase Crashlytics may process installation identifiers, crash and non-fatal error traces, diagnostic state, app version, device model, and operating-system information. We do not set a Firebase user ID, send the player's profile name, or attach exact local save data to crash reports.
Google Play Update Checks
When Orbi checks whether a required update is available, Google Play may process device metadata, the installed app version, and installed modules or asset packs. This processing is performed by Google under its own terms.
Support Messages
If you contact us, we receive your email address and the information you choose to provide. We use it only to respond, investigate the reported issue, protect the Game, and maintain a reasonable support record.
4. Why We Process Information
Local data is used to provide saves, progression, preferences, and gameplay continuity. Firebase information is used to measure audience size, sessions, retention, gameplay funnels and feature use, and to identify and fix stability problems. Support information is used to respond to requests and diagnose issues.
Where applicable law requires a legal basis, processing is based on performance of the service requested by the player, our legitimate interests in operating and improving the Game, compliance with law, or consent where specifically requested.
5. Sharing And Service Providers
We do not sell personal information. Current service providers are limited to Google services necessary for analytics, diagnostics, distribution, and update checks. Google may process information as a service provider or independent controller under its own terms.
Information may also be disclosed when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect players or the public, investigate fraud or security issues, or complete a business reorganization subject to appropriate safeguards.
6. Retention And Deletion
Local data remains until the player clears Orbi's app storage or uninstalls the Game. Firebase retains analytics and diagnostic data according to the retention controls configured for our Firebase and Google Analytics property. Uninstalling stops new collection.
Orbi has no user account and does not set a Firebase user ID, so we generally cannot connect an analytics installation record to a named person. Support correspondence is retained only as long as reasonably necessary to resolve the request, maintain records, or comply with law.
7. Your Choices And Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection, and to complain to a data-protection authority. Email support@obriystudio.app to submit a request. We may ask for information needed to verify and process it.
You can delete local game data by clearing app storage or uninstalling Orbi. Because the current Game has no account, cloud save, or named analytics profile, some requests may not be technically linkable to a specific installation.
8. Children
The Game is not directed to children below the applicable digital-consent age. The current release has no chat, account registration, user-generated content, behavioral advertising, or online social features. Parents or guardians may contact us with privacy questions.
9. Security And International Processing
Firebase data is encrypted in transit. We limit custom analytics events to gameplay and diagnostics and avoid Advertising ID and billing permissions in the current release. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure.
Google may process Firebase information on servers outside the player's country under Google's data-protection terms and transfer mechanisms.
10. Advertising And Purchases In Future Releases
The current release does not contain active advertising, advertising SDKs, or real-money purchases. A future release may offer rewarded or interstitial advertising and optional digital purchases.
If advertising is enabled, selected advertising providers may process information needed to deliver, limit, secure, and measure ads, such as IP address, device and operating-system information, app version, approximate region, ad interactions, and an advertising identifier where permitted. Consent and opt-out controls will be provided where required.
If purchases are enabled, Google Play will process payment credentials. We may receive transaction status, product identifier, price and currency, but not full card details. Before either feature is released, we will identify the relevant providers, update this policy and Google Play Data Safety disclosures, and add any required consent controls.

The Orbi website currently uses no analytics, advertising, or optional cookies. See our Cookies Policy for details. GitHub Pages may process technical request logs under GitHub's privacy terms to host and secure the site.
